Second Time Round

It’s a sad fact of life that not every greyhound ‘homing’ works out.  Dogs come back for a variety of reasons - the owner’s circumstances change, there’s a clash with existing pets, or the dog fails to settle in its new environment etc etc.

In every situation, Crossing Cottage staff and our team of ‘mentors’ try to help sort out any problems. Occasionally, the help isn’t enough and dogs come back.
But we never give up and all our dogs eventually find homes that suit them.  Below are a selection of ‘second time round’ greyhounds that are now happily settled in with their new owners.
